The United States of America: A Nation, No Longer a Union

HIGHWAY 35 – THE UNITED STATES BECOMES A NATION, NO LONGER A UNION

The Creation of a US Nation:

What war is civil, and what was this war really about? Was it only about freeing the slaves? Was it about ending the slave trade? Was it about the ability to end a contract that had no provisions to terminate an agreement? Remember, the 13 independent states agreed to form a marriage as one federal family under this God we call the Constitution of the United States. Is divorce not allowed from this God? Was the Confederacy living and breathing the past consciousness of Henry VIII of England when he left his ruling Catholic God?

We all know or are told that the good guys won. But who were the good guys? The Northern forces that destroyed the family culture of the southern land-owning society that ruled the southern lands? Was slavery on its way out as an accepted behavior with or without the Civil War? Was this war really about order and who was fighting for control? That order being the States as individuals or the States as a collective unit?

When are you allowed to terminate a deal that your grandparents made that still affects you, and they are no longer living to help you negotiate the effects of their deal? Or are you forever bound to live and suffer the deal that your ancestors made that no longer is relevant to you and your world? Why did the North insist that the Southern States stay part of the North’s concept of Union?

These questions will never be answered in any philosophical discourse until you look and understand Man as a consciousness. We make rules so order & control of the accepted order can flow the way the present ruling order of Sadducees or Pharisees have as their control. When an Essence arrives and throws in the wind of change and has enough force to kick up the Earth of the physical or the Collective Consciousness of Man, then and only then will change occur.

This Civil War was about the ability of who should be in control, the group or the individual. The North was as guilty for the slave ownership and trade as the South. The North needed it gone so they and their new banking order could gain the control of the southern way of life. They needed the machines to take over and overproduce so trade with other lands would become the way of life. The South wished to continue living in the comfort of their heaven of land-owning, God-fearing Christians. Southerners wished to perpetuate their lifestyle and did not really care about the hell that this lifestyle left on those who had to do the work so the few could keep their control.

The North had industrialization coming to their town. This industry was going to make slaves of the workers to the machines so owned by big business and the bankers who financed this game. There is no right or wrong, and there are no good guys when everyone caused the beginning by agreeing to be bound by a constitution that allowed slavery in the land.

The Creation of the Declaration of Independence:

The start of this Civil War began when the Declaration of Independence was created and sent in English to the King of England, who only spoke and understood German. The declaration is a mantra and becomes a mantram when read out loud. Yes, Mantram. What is a Mantram? It is a verbal slogan to empower your thoughts to create your wishes and make those wishes of your heart a reality in your physical life. It is the essence of our consciousness, understanding that we are in control of our lives and our actions. No Sky God and no rules control us unless we abdicate and give away our power. The Mantram is the spoken mantra of our heart’s wishes and desires. Speaking and wishing the mantra to come into existence is the most powerful voice Man and Man’s energy can visualize and create.

In the Declaration, Thomas Jefferson, a big slave owner himself, wrote for our world then and forever more the Essence concept of what man is and what the social community of a government should agree to do for fellow man. The rules of Governmental Essences should always be the following, which I have added my opinion:

  1. That all men are created equal.

  2. That all Man, as individuals and as a collective force, have certain rights (here I disagree, as I believe we in society have duties & obligations to protect fellow man so everyone in the community can and does survive).

  3. Those rights cannot be taken and should not be given away (I must add these rights are duties and we must be forced to play our part in our community).

  4. Those rights are the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness (I must add that by doing our duties what the past called rights is what each and every one of us will have to the best of our collective and individual efforts — Heaven on Earth will once again manifest).

The written word was the mantra, but the colonies never spoke or understood the four mantras so listed above. For if they did, then how did our federal God, the US Constitution, when first written, allow for the slave trade and the slave ownership of fellow man and man’s descendants for eternity?

Yes, my fellow students of life, the US Constitution specifically allows for slavery.

The US Constitution & Slavery:

In 1789, thirteen states in the Mid-Atlantic regions of North America got together and agreed to operate as a federal union with some central power. Rules of order were created whereby the Union of these States, which were then currently bound in a loose Confederation of States, agreed to create a central power of order & control so the individual states could transact business as one, get it, one consciousness, and have the respect of the other nations and communities of the known Sadducee trading world.

The Constitution was about creating a force of control so the union would gain the respect of the community and the union would then have the needed prana of success, the acceptance of an energy and force that the community of fellow man will respect and honor as an equal.

The confederation of the states prior to this new written 2D God was useless as no foreign nations could live and work with a group that had no central control. That was why we now had to have a constitution. There was no other reason, but we sold a lie that was we would be the home of the free and the brave; the wish for the existence of the possibility of a better life for the weary and the hunted on the European side of the Atlantic. No, only if the one could produce could they come into our land. The Constitution created an order but did not establish who would be in control of the order regarding slave trade and slave ownership. The writers and the men who agreed to be bound by this document acknowledged the issue and parked it as an item to be resolved later by the successors of life who would be bound by this God, the US Constitution.

The Constitution, the dogma and God of America, discussed the slave trade in four separate provisions. Those provisions were the following:

  1. Section 2 of Article I defined other persons, “slaves,” as three-fifths of a person for purposes of each state’s official population for representation in the House of Representatives section of Congress, as well as any federal taxation that the Legislative Branch wished to create.

  2. Section 9 of Article I, where the importation of slaves from slave traders was allowed to continue.

  3. Section 2 of Article IV prohibited the provision of assistance to escaping persons and required their return if their escape was successful.

  4. Article V, which prohibited any amendments or legislation to the Constitution changing the provision regarding slave importation until 1808, thereby gave the States then existing twenty years to resolve the issue of Slavery. This was what the states could not do. They could not confront each other’s representatives and make a final decision regarding Slavery. They avoided decision day. When you do that, you just make matters worse because there is more to fix.

What our country did was to table the slave issue until a future date each time the issue came up; each time we elected new ruling orders of new geographical areas so stolen from the Indians or the Mexicans, what we called territories, to raise them to become new States of our Union. We made sure that each Northern State became a member as long as a fellow southern slave-owning region joined the Church of the US Constitution. Why? Because the Law & Order section of our constitution, called the Legislative Branch, is divided into two branches. Branch one, the House of Representatives, is a club whose numbers and participation in the club is controlled by population. There is one qualifying rule, and that is in the event the population is low but enough to qualify for statehood in this private club, you got one representative in the House of Representatives.

But to protect the states from the tyranny of populations in other regions ruling and from controlling the smaller states in size and people, the Senate got two representatives per state. In those days, the state appointed the Senate representatives, and therefore the theory was the people were in control of their state government. So the people would control the Senate. They could and did vote in the State elections for Governor of the State or the individual State’s Legislative Branch.

By adding a slave and free state together, the balance of the states having or not having slaves never changed and slave ownership could not be stopped unless and until everyone reached a common conclusion. The Senate was in control because they had to ratify all changes to the written God. This was unless the voter went directly to the people of each state and then each state had to say yea or nay, but with a solid majority, not just a majority of one vote more than the other.

Times were changing and the US was moving west. We had new inventions and new machines to help us accomplish those living dreams. The order and rules needed to maintain the ruling order of the United States were changing. People were coming into the States without papers, which was where the word WOP came from, and these new arrivals were settling the western territories that did not need slaves and so there was no need to make them slave territories. The gold rush did as much for bringing in our new consciousness as anything else did, for in 1850, California is where the traveling men of the then highwaymen of the world wanted to be.

Also, the world and its Collective Consciousness were changing and ownership by purchasing African slaves from their families was not part of the Western world’s psyche any longer. Now an old concept had returned — indentured servants. This was where you worked as a slave for an agreed period of time and then got your freedom to live and even own the excess property of our land. If you owned the property, you would fight for the controlling force that says yes, you own this land.

War Between the Northern & Southern States:

By 1860, the southerners knew their order of slave ownership in the US Constitution was about to end. So, in a preemptive strike after the Electoral College’s election of Lincoln as President of the Union of States in 1860, the majority of the southern farming slave-owning States said they were leaving the Union to form their own. Their new mantram, and they said it loud and clear, was we wish to no longer be involved with your US club as one entity. They left.

Well, the North Sky God believers did not like this removal, as when you accept a common God, only death was when you were allowed to part, and even the Koran has this golden rule. Once a member of the religion called Islam and acceptance of its paradise rule, please, you and your future heirs were forever to serve Allah, the third desert god of man’s creation.

The question is: Was the Constitution a Pharisee ruling order, or was it really a device of seduction to allow others to believe that the Sadducee order meant what they said and for besides profit, the ruling order would fight foreigners to death to keep the sovereignty of their land? In this case, maybe the Union was both, Pharisee and Sadducee, as both thoughts needed the Union to survive. The South played their hand wrong during the coming war.

Civil War is defined as a war between factions or regions of the same community who accepts the same rule or did under the same umbrella called a country. In essence, the idea of Civil War allows one to believe that this kind of war may be OK. It is a war between a family of citizenship to choose the order of a land that accepted to be bound by the same ruling order as opposed to being invaded by another land to create a new rule of order altogether. There were four years of war, but the world did not sit still to just watch.

The British tried to get in on the Southern side. They needed cotton. They traded cotton and they came to get their cotton. Two things happened: First, the North blocked the access to the southern ports of trade. The second thing was the Southerners, not being very business-savvy to the new order of Sadducee banker, would not trade unless they helped them win the war. They were very transparent and not political. They said what they needed to work together instead of lying and causing a dependency that needed its fix.

This was a bad choice by the South. They thought this strategy would get the British as well as the French to help them break the Union blockade. They wanted the Europeans to invest in the war and therefore invest in the future Confederate states.

The British did not try to run the blockade. No, they ran to Africa and Southern Asia and helped to create a new cotton Empire in places such as Egypt and India, where they, the British, could control the land and the sea of this trade. The European Bankers did not run to finance this nation, as slave-owning was beginning to lose its approval rating in other lands. The old concept of owning fellow man was losing favor to the new slave labor where you could not pay fellow man what they were worth and not have to take care of any of their basic necessities. The South would be brought to its knees by the blockade and the inability to raise money or have monies advanced against future product. The South, as they knew themselves, was about to be officially over and out.

The International Sadducee made a fortune out of this war. The war needed guns, and guns needed to be produced. So the British filled this gap until the US figured out how to mass-produce weapons to kill, not protect or to scare intruders off your lands. This was where the war economy of our world began. This war that we are brainwashed in schools was civil? Think about that. Is war civil?

The fighters of this war became legends to future killing forces. The whole concept of trench warfare started here. Soldiers were mowed down in lines in the open by the new killing machines of the Sadducee companies, which were financed by the bankers who sold war bonds to the Sadducee populations all over the world. The Napoleon tactics were the thing that young warriors were taught to do in an effort to win the war. The Civil War had men from both the North and South who had trained together as one in West Point, and they both had the same Napoleonic knowledge to tap into while they fought against each other in battle. Their war experience was fighting the Indians and Mexicans. They both used the same new weapons of death; accurate rifled barrels that were able to repeat and repeat. Both sides became marching, killing, death machines. They were the same man.

To change the sameness, the North came up with the old policy of scorching the Earth. General Sherman used to great success this new old-war feature on his death-defying, mutilating highway tour of the Southern Atlantic states. By the way, we are taught that this was a great way to end a war.

This war may have been the first to introduce land mines that were used to kill and maim those who trespass the land. The device that Alfred Nobel would market so well in the coming war of France and Prussia and then everywhere else he could. This is the same Nobel who today our good people are fighting to win the Nobel Peace Prize that is financed from the fortunes that Nobel made blowing people up.

The War ended in April 1865. Lincoln was shot and died on April 15th, 1865. The day that Congress, in the future in his honor, made income tax due for the preceding year as what could be worse to happen on this day than Lincoln’s death, so they decided to make it tax day too. The nation absent Lincoln was without any Essence. We were a war-torn lot trying to figure out what the troops were really fighting for. Was all the death really worth it? Without a leader, the dark side of a depressed land would now take charge.

The Peace:

Revenge and Profit. The sequel to this war was the new ruling order of the Union, business and banks. Yes, they took control. The Pharisee ruling order of the Union in the US Congress wanted revenge, so they wished to keep the southern white men down on their farm. The Sadducee new Banking Bankster order did not need revenge unless they could profit, and profit they did by allowing revenge to be the motive of their new banking order, the reconstruction of the South by the carpetbaggers of the North.

The blacks had now been freed. But free to do what as well as where and how? Banks did not help this group of freed Man. No, then Banksters helped the creation of separate but at least free. The banks and their creed of greed gave way to the creation of that ridiculous doctrine of separate but equal, which ruled our US homeland until the end of the last century. Plus, as slaves the Blacks were fed, but not as free men; feeding was their own individual problem now. If they grouped in more than two, fear would spread in the eyes of white man, the Ku Klux Klan was born to protect the white society from what this black mob would do acting together as one. What would they do that a white would not do? They wished to survive and again, it is the duty of the community to allow all living in that community the right to survive. A lesson we still have yet to learn.

The banking Northerners who wished for customers to lend found their mark in the owners of the old southern plantations who now had to rebuild their life on labor with some coin as their pay. The banks came in and started lending monies to acquire interests in the plantation Agrarian lifestyle of the South and their commercial crops. These banks of the North, who we call the Carpetbaggers, came and rebuilt the southern losing side into a nation of commercial interests where they could keep their Sky God in the South but for the living and breathing future, banks got control of the family lands. Once owned by the banks, the old moneyed folks had to set up mortgages as their new way of life in order to be kept in the new Sadducee debt-creating lifestyles they were now forced to undertake.

The end result of this Civil War was the postponement again by fellow man to define who and what we were as a Nation. For then and even now we are just one land of disorder claiming we are equal but perpetuating the Banksters’ rules and order called equal law. The Banks own the land, then we the community protect this wrong claim of ownership of land. The moral of our story is simple. Until we give each man a chance to get a base hit of some sort in their incarnated physical life to fulfill their individual dreams with society as a whole protected from gluttons who only know how to eat their young, it is only then will we have peace. Love and happiness on Earth. We can do it, fellow humans, I know.

Last thought of importance to my generation: The Civil War also created the national pastime of Baseball. For this was what the prisoners and the guards used to play as the recreational sport. After this war, teams from cities got together and started traveling the country playing the game. The first team was the Cincinnati Red Stockings, as each team was defined by their color. This team got paid to appear and play the other locals. The National League was formed in 1869 and every boy and their dad and grandfathers who played this sport have this war to thank for the commencement of the national interest. Just think, the National League is older than the German nation called the Second Reich by one year.

Now on to South America where they finally got their freedom from King but not Pope. The locals left their manmade trash after they removed the army and king from their lands. The trash being men of the Catholic Church who sold the hateful god of the Vatican sky-Christ. Here next is their story from a highway interrupted.
